Cancellation Policy

All new yearly subscriptions may be cancelled within the first fourteen days for 80% credit. Please refer to your service agreement for yearly renewal policy and cancellation policy after the initial year. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Legicrawler, P.O. Box 2622, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. After that the timeline is as follows: If your cancellation request is received by Legicrawler prior to the tenth of the month, that cancellation will be effective the first of that month. If your cancellation request is received after the tenth of the month that cancellation will be effective the first of the following month. Please refer to the table below to determine the amount of credit, if any, that you would receive should you choose to cancel your Legicrawler subscription.
